I reached out hoping to get some clear legal guidance, but i came away feeling more confused than before. The advice was really vague and didn’t feel specific to my situation at all. It kind of felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, like I was just being rushed along instead of actually helped.

The service itself was fine overall, but getting help was frustrating. I’d send a message and then wait days before getting a real response, and a couple of the replies felt like they only answered half of what I asked. I weirdly remember sitting there refreshing my email while eating cold leftover fries, which kind of sums up the whole experience. When you’re already dealing with divorce paperwork and all the stress that comes with it, slow support makes it feel even heavier. It wasn’t awful, but I definitely expected better.

I really wanted to like Hello Divorce because the whole idea sounded helpful, but once I started digging into the pricing, my brain basically melted. It just wasn’t clear enough what was included and what might pop up as an extra cost later, which made me feel like I was walking into a financial fog machine.
Divorce is already emotionally exhausting, so the last thing I needed was to sit there trying to decode the total price like it was some ancient scroll. Maybe it works perfectly fine for other people, but I couldn’t get comfortable spending money when the costs didn’t feel fully spelled out. I ended up feeling frustrated and a little defeated.

Maybe it’s on me, but I had a really hard time finding what I needed. The forms felt clunky, and half the time I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next. It ended up being way more frustrating than I expected.

I went into Hello Divorce thinking it would help move everything along a little faster, but it ended up feeling slower than I expected. On the surface, the steps were laid out clearly, but reading between the lines, it felt like there was still a lot of waiting around.

There were a few times where I wasn’t sure what was happening next, and I had to follow up to get updates. That got frustrating because I was using the service hoping I wouldn’t have to keep chasing things down myself.

It wasn’t a horrible experience, and some parts were helpful, but the overall pace just didn’t really work for me. I expected it to feel more efficient and streamlined than it actually was...
